Honeytres is claiming the following:

Did you know that Bob Brinker called for a "new" QQQQ countertrend rally every month between October 2000 and July 2001?

Seems to be untrue. As nearly as I can see with old Marketimers before me, in March 2001, the Marketimer began with the sentence "We were wrong in our earlier expectation that a countertrend rally would develop late last year...the Nasdaq Indexes have moved significantly lower than we expected." But still the countertrend rally was anticipated.

The May 2001 issue does say "We continue to believe the Nasdaq has the the potential to recover further in the months ahead...Subscribers with conservative objectives and a low-risk tolerance are limited to no more than 20 to 30% of cash reserves...This equates to up to 6.5% to 9.75% of a total balanced portfolio." [emphasis added]

But the June 2001 Marketimer says nothing about an anticipated rally in the Qs or in the Nasdaq. And the July 2001 issue states that "the probabilities favor an essentially trendless period of stock market activity this summer" and makes no mention of any anticipated rally in QQQ or Nasdaq 100.

Maybe someone could post the relevant passages that "called for a "new" QQQQ countertrend rally every month" including June and July, 2001 if they believe they are there.

You may call the error insignificant if you wish, but the point is one must be cautious regarding messages or claims that are inaccurate or exaggerated in whole or in part.

Ms Honey, obviously concerned and worried, said:
>>I just can't win with this queen person. I say the nicest things to her, but she just seems to get more irate with me.

Yes, that means that you are doing fine. The more phony names that join in with being irate, the better that you are doing.

>>Pray tell, kind sir, what would you suggest I could do to please the queen?

Perhaps you could join the Bot club, and offer some remedial shark attack classes about that weekend guy?

Other than that, it would have to be a trip to Mars or a bike ride to China.

I think FakeDija would miss you, and Math would have to terminate a dozen ID's.
