So you say. However...you failed to answer a single question I asked.
If it's in the Arctic (Can't you even spell "Arctic" correctly? ... sheesh) figure on 12 years minimum to first oil. There's currently no technology available for drilling in Arctic conditions. Also figure the cost of going to such extremes for oil will be very, very high.
Have you considered what it means that the Arctic is being considered as a necessary place to go for oil?
