Wouldn't this be GOOD for Israel, the ME and us? It was certainly good for South Africa. Not so clear, depending on what you mean by "good for South Africa". South Africa is far more accepted by the rest of the world, since overt racism has been shelved. But things like violence are a good deal higher. In fact, though it has dipped a little in the last year or two, I think there are more violent deaths in S. Africa now per annum than during the peak years of violence prior to independence. Looking longer term, Zimbabwe is a leading indicator of the plight of whites in southern Africa: from 270K under white rule to around 10-15K now. Of course, black pop in southern africa is also under decline, but that is do to AIDS. I doubt Israel, having S.Africa as an example, will try that route.
