Tough to find one. There may not be any consolidated records to review. Maybe we should start with some thing easier and build up from there.

How about...When was the last time the US went 1 day without a homicide?

Barely above that. It takes Hezbollah 30 rockets to kill 1 Israeli. The Israeli body count exchange rate is 10 Lebanese to 1 Israeli (last time I did the math) and growing. Most of the unaimable Hezbolla rockets explode harmlessly in the countryside.

The ineffectual rockets are to provoke the Israeli over-reaction, which the Israelis, like Pavlov's dog, droolingly provide.
