However, there is the issue of control of the places important to each group, and that needs work. It will always need "work", since the Muslim idea of "fair" is, they get sole control or at least the lion's share. For example, the Cave of the Patriarchs is sacred to both Muslims and Jews. When the Jordanians ruled Hebron, only Muslims got to go inside it. Jews had to pray on the steps outside. Now that Israel has control, Jews and Muslims have equal access. Do the Muslims think this needs work? Sure.
