This is not proof, Nadine, it's a banner of Rice that could have had a message painted on it after the event. In fact, it kind of looks like there's a dropcloth and a man picking up his paint stuff in front of the banner. Re: Victims without rigor mortis....maybe they died just as the rescuers were pulling bodies out?? Develop some critical thinking skills.....it will keep your mind young.
