"He claimed his model was NOT BEARISH."

I don't recall hearing him say that. If he did say that, then either it was a lie, or the statement in the August Marketimer was a lie.

"Can't have it both ways sport."

Well, "sport," he and his model are two different entities. His model could be bearish without HIM being bearish if he didn't trust the model.

"I agree if you are claiming there is no model..."

That's your claim, not mine.

"You claim that he didn't trust his model so he lied about the results."

Nope, I don't recall him saying his model wasn't bearish. I don't think he said it. I think he said HE wasn't bearish.

"...you say he lied about it."

Nope.

"You claim he is dishonest and didn't tell the subscribers and listeners the truth."

Nope.

"Now was he lying then or was he lying about his feelings of being in a bear market?"

I don't understand the question.

"As we know he took a huge chunck of all portfolios and threw them at the QQQs and held all the way from 80 to 19."

Nope. He didn't use model portfolio money for that. Anyone who particpated in the "trade" either wasn't following a model portfolio in the first place, or stopped following a model portfolio when they bought QQQ. (Are you claiming that the money that initially went into MSFT and VOD came from "all portfolios" too?)

"But there is nothing about his holdings all the way down that make sense for a guy who claimed he had a model that would predict a bear market and be in 100% cash."

I certainly am not claiming that his QQQ adventures made sense.
