Chris...I think Israel has over done it in attacking infrastructure and in some cases hitting civilian targets that they should have been more careful about. But, as far as responding proportionately, it's TOUGH to respond proportionately when your attackers use civilians as cover for their attacks. Hezbollah thinks dying for their cause is the best thing they, and all the innocent women and children in the area can do, whether the innocents are into the idea or not.
