Geeze, R~~ You know better than that....! Wait till it gets cooler in the evening before you do that kind of work...People do die of heat stroke, you know. Be kind to yourself! We don't want anything to happen to you!!

The heat seems to be universal this year. I stayed inside most of the day yesterday. When I did go out in the evening, to do horse chores, it was still hot and I quickly broke a sweat.

The weeds are still waiting to be picked. If it were not unhealthy for the lawn, I'd put down more pre-emergent.
