Israel doesn't run America.
Neocons run both countries now.
It doesn't really matter which neocon has the most influence now since the neocon philosophy is not nationalistic anyway. They use nations just as they use political parties, as a means to an end. It would be more accurate to say that there is a complete merger of interests between Israel and America now.
