I don't know if you've noticed, but everytime the course of the Security Fence has been in dispute, local Arab villages have petitioned the Israeli Supreme Court - to stay in Israel. Like Um al Fadh. They don't hate Israel so much they can't notice how much better life is there.

Well this all fits into my suggestion of integration with Palestinians as a way to make Israel more acceptable to its neighbors. How about giving hundreds of thousands of the creme de la creme of the Palestinian refugees (whoever that is!) Israeli citizenship every year until you've got a multi-ethnic country, thus removing (or at least reducing) the anti-Jewish ethnocentric objection of the neighboring countries? As more and more Arabs become a part of Israel, the objection to Zionism should become less and less. Of course, under that scenario they should also change the name of the country to be something appealing and meaningful to all citizens, not just the Jewish citizens.

At some point Israel either has to adapt itself to make itself more acceptable to its neighbors, or its neighbors have to adapt to accept Israel. Since the latter is pretty well out of Israel's control, the former (morphing the country into some form that is mutually acceptable) ought to be pursued.
