A disciplined Hezbullah is a two edged sword.

The Palestinians' best war achievements since 1987 have come from pretending that they were just poor oppressed boys with rocks against the big bad Israeli tanks. It wasn't an accurate picture but it worked wonders, propaganda-wise.

Articles like this NYT ones paint a new picture: the IDF against Iran's Foreign Legion, Hizbullah. Who is David and who is Goliath now?

The more it becomes a story of war between armies, the less the Arabs will be able to impose a ruleset that says Israelis mustn't kill any civilians, even if Hizbullah is hiding behind them, while Hizbullah is free to kill as many civilians as it can.
