Elroy, what color is the sky on your planet? The only way the Israelis could make themselves "acceptable" to the more radical of their neighbors (in Arab countries, it's generally the radicals who make policy at the point of a gun) is by all moving to America or committing mass suicide. That's nonsense and you should know it. Arabs accept Lebanon despite the fact that it is made up of a variety of religious and ethnic groups. There is nothing innate in Arabs that prevents them from living as equals with Jewish people - as many have pointed out here extreme hostility toward Jewish people by Arabs pretty much coincides with the establishment of Jewish homeland Israel in land where some non-Jews live. Were Israel to propose uniting the occuppied territories and Israel into one country blind to ethnicity/religion and open to citizenship for present day Israelis and Palestinians, with integration to occur over the next 10-20 years, which Arabs would reject that? That policy would in effect "wipe Israel off the map" in the sense that the "Jewish homeland" would no longer exist, while allowing all the of the inolved groups to live in the land in question.
