So you would consider it perfectly fine were Farrakhan's Nation of Islam, or the KKK armed by one of the nuclear powers, Pakistan, France, Britain, China, Russia, or India with WMDs that were of greater quantity than that held by the US and financed with billions of dollars in order to perpetuate a war against Jews in the US and Canada??? False parallel. Neither one constitutes a political party with seats in Congress. If Hezbohallah controls the Lebanese Government by intimidation then why hasn't Hezbollah managed to get the Lebanese government/military to join the fight against Israel? jttmab

You have to admit, that Israel and the US showed how badly they are handling both wars. I think Israel just weakened the US position in the ME. You see Israel have the backing of the US for one reason: "KEEP THE ARAB IN CHECK” Now that the Arabs are seeing how the IDF is falling apart against a militia, their fear of Israel is dissipating. The US position has been weakened, those US prop up Arab regime might fall and street might take over. Don't you think id SA turned off the oil tap, the US would demand an immediate cease fire? After all the US economy is slowing down, the housing bubble is bursting and $150 oil wil not help.
