Often a professional motive is attributed to posting when it may simply be emotionally driven. I know that's often the case with me.

The difference is that I'm investing only my own money, not responsible for others' funds, which ought to enforce a higher level of responsibility.

But, then again, why should posting be considered irresponsible? I guess because usually it's done informally, and perhaps not all facts are thoroughly checked and statements crafted with precision.

Also, if posting is done in an attempt to influence the market, is that 'market manipulation'? Per Ken Breen's definition?
