This could all blow up into a regional war that really no one wants. Only one at this point who can stop this is iran by ordering hizbolla to accept the resolution coming out of the UN.

It certainly has that potential.. But I think that Israel would certainly kick Syria's @ss again, and I don't think either Jordan or Egypt would physically intervene.

The question is just how much suffering the Lebanese people are going to suffer, being caught in the middle of this regional power struggle.
