And what do you believe is this end?

I suppose the glib answer is somesort of world domination.
Unlike many previous domination attempts of the past the neocons do not seem to dwell on a "cult of personality" or a single strong leader. Instead, as taught by their chief theoritician Leo Strauss, they believe in a group of "philosopher kings". What this really means is that instead of trying to fight it out for a single kingship, there is an agreement to dominate the masses collectively so that they might all enjoy an elite lifestyle.

The neocon actions, known the United States as "New Pearl Harbor" and in Israel as "Clean Break" began with the assasination of Yitzhak Rabin.
