All the worse for the people of LA if that's the case. Local governments don't pay welfare and Medicaid, the states and the Feds do. Walwart is the biggest exploiter of welfare and goverbnment handouts in the country. Nonsense. They aren't making anyone pay welfare. They are paying what the market will bear for their employees. If they didn't hire these employees most of them would be worse off. No one is forced to work for Walmart, the employees choose to do so.
