When i first saw that it gave me pause as i remembered how giuliani saved NY when first elected by concentrating on quality of life crimes back in the day, like squeegy guy intimidation of motorists. At that moment the Lindy Bill expectation of flowers disappeared and I knew it was going to be hard. Didnt expect it to be this hard and personally if i lived in CT, i would be voting for Lamont to as a sign of protest against these stupid idiots in the bush admin. (and i would do this even though i do like Joe).

You always duck the big one: Bottom line -- don't play games where you try to justify the sleazy methods you use by hyping the glorious goals you have in mind. By the way, this is the stock and trade of the terrorist who blithely says "oh sure, I kill woman and children, but it is in the name of "fill in the blank" so it is justified.
