Without a doubt!

I think one of the reasons that the neocons call so many other groups terrorist is to hide the true nature of terror. That way they are not recognized so easily. One of the biggest differences from neocons and the more classic world conquest schemes is that the neocons try to pull this off without calling too much attention to themselves.
