Then it strikes me as rather surprising that you believe Israel has no right to exist (or should be forced to merge with the Palestinians).

I've never said anything about Israel's right to exist. I've tried to lay out plans to generate peace in the Is-Pal-ME situation, and they involve either Israel making itself more acceptable to its neighbors (something Israel can control) or making its neighbors less ethnocentric and thus accepting of Israel (something way, way more difficult). A plan for peace is not the same as saying Israel has no right to exist.

Anyway, we were discussing Kuwait.....
