I'm trying to understand this. Why do you think there are Jews in the world who are against Israel?

They fall into two camps, generally. There are several ultra-Orthodox sects that are anti-Zionist because they believe that only the Messiah has a right to found Israel and the Jews should wait for him to come first. The Satmar Hasidim and Neturei Karta fall in this camp.

The second camp is the hard left, who are against Israel because they are against the US and the US is for Israel. As I saw someone quip the other day, the hard left would ally itself with invaders from Mars intent on the destruction of planet Earth, if only it meant hurting the US.

On the flip side, do you think there are Muslims and Arabs in the world who are for Israel?

Sure. Most of Israeli Arabs are modern people who look around them and don't want to trade their conditions in Israel, imperfect as they may be, for what awaits them in the PA or Hizbullahstan. The tragedy of the Arab world is not that modern, liberal, educated people do not exist. The tragedy of the Arab world is that modern, liberal, educated people must live in fear of the radicals who think it's a-ok to kill liberal people for their beliefs.

If you look at Arab bloggers today, you can find plenty of liberals who want Israel to stay around and Arab states to make peace with it. But most of them are blogging either anonymously or from the US or London.
