In regards to "being afraid" those fears are very real in some cases.. every year there seems to a case of a fired employee walking into his former workplace and shooting the place (and frequently people..)up.

Yah happened at IBM in the 80's - but before I left they told many people in my building to thier face they were being laid off and to get thier last check. I think around 7000 were laid off in that round - I don't remember anyone getting shot up - a lot of them were very pissed - a lot lost thier lifetime expectations of nice retirements.

All the smart people stayed in Boca Raton - didn't move to RTP and what they lost in paychecks hopefully they made up in cashing out on florida coastal real estate at the peak - hehe.

This guy had a "FALLING DOWN" down moment like D FENS - hehe.
