You didn't say "Israel isn't doing as well as in previous wars", you said "the IDF is getting its butt kicked". How it did in previous wars is irrelevant to that assertion. The total destruction of S. Lebanon No such total destruction has occurred, and even if it had it would also be irrelevant to the "butt-kicked" argument. the rockets keep landing in Israel by the hundreds. And most of them hit nothing. If the mere ability to fire rockets and missiles means you are kicked the other sides butt than I suppose Saddam kicked our butts twice.
