Gib, Alfred North whitehead, Karl Pribham and John Wheeler all felt that, but let me provide you with a deductive idea.

We are here, so we know entities in the universe can think. Now what if we progressed at the same rate of intellectual evolution for a billion years. How smart would that be-lol?

And then there is the amazing phenomonen of quantum communication. Besides the spooky action at a distance there is also the fact scientists have tried to fool particles in the double slit experiment in a hundred different ways including using time tricks.

They have NEVER fooled the particles with regard to measurment. The particles always seem to know what the scientist has up his or her sleeve. The aprticles even seem to be able to go back in time to know stuff.

As Neils bohr said, paraphrased: " if you do not think quantum physics is nuts you do not udnerstand it"-lol.

Alfred North 'whithead said he thought consiceinceness was a third entity in the universe. We can already see with modern science how conscienceness could exist in a medium other than biological.

Just as life is probably pervasive throughout the universe so is consciounsness I am sure.

I doubt it has any interest in us other than curiosity. We are most likely like bugs to sentient beings-lol.
