Nothing new, this is the usual strategy of multinational corporations. Cannot beat them, then buy them out. They already bought plenty of companies across the industries in China, whether it is agricultural, or manufacturing. If were not due to some restriction from the Chinese gov., most of decent money making business in China would have been sold to the highest bidder. It is such a shame.

I liked Thums Up, it has a unique and very pleasant taste. It quickly became one of my staples as a complement to tender coconuts sold in front of the office.
