Israel cant give Sheba farms to lebanon at this time because it would appear as a victory for hizbolla. But a year from now, it would be a different story, so let lebanon and syria fight over the territory. Of course if syria claims the territory they should negotiate a deal with israel for golan and sheba farms and then lets see how hard hizbolla will fight them for that little piece of land. I dont think sheba offers any strategic value to the israelis.
