[HEC] Is moving up slow but steady. It had a good spike on Aug.2 & seems to have support at the $0.60 level. bigcharts.marketwatch.com The 2ndQ results weren't good with lower revenues & a loss instead of $0.07/shr on the black. The pending 3rdQ last year showed earnings of $0.14/shr after some non-recurring items & seems somewhat hard to beat at present. It has a relatively low LTD & sells at a modest 1.5xBV I can't see the slow but steady move up that you describe bigcharts.marketwatch.com
