Could be much longer. Interest rates are still going up (even if the Fed quits). A recession is may be in the cards. Inventories will continue to build.

Even when it bottoms in say 2 more years, you will only see ~5% +/- increases per year... so my best guess is that it will be 5-7 years before we get back to the peak prices of last year.
