Kill a lot more than Saddam did?

Quite possibly. I'm not counting all the extrapolated deaths, and such things as shortened life expectancy, etc, which various sides like to toss in to suit their cause.

Saddam is currently on trial for 148 deaths I think. With the kurds I recall figures of 5K, and the Shiite uprisings might have been in the 30K-50K region. I'm talking actual killing here BTW. I know I've seen the various figures which claim 30K/year, and millions + killed by the USA sanctions. I'm not buying either of those any more than I would buy Hezbollah claims in S. Lebanon.

Please don't lump the Iran/Iraq war in either. Different story.
