Probably. With HP putting them in business skus, including notebooks, the barrier is a lot lower now.

AMD still has some work to do on reduced power consumption. Too many pipelines are active even after it is determined that the instruction flow bypasses that pipeline for that instruction. They are making progress with each iteration.
