Jack Lalane was born in 1812 and has existed on a diet of prune juice and pine bark ever since. He was raised by wolves in the Ardennes forest until he reached his teens in 1875. He can still press his own weight, which is 75 lbs. He is only 3 feet tall, but trick photography leads one to believe he is 3 feet taller. Interestingly, Paul Newman is only 5'4" and Sammy Davis jr was only 5'1". Frank Sinatra only 5'5". Cleverly managed personal appearances and photography kept most people from knowing they were shorter than average. Gary Cooper on the other hand had the opposite problem of being 6'6" and many of his leading ladies and opposing actors had to stand on boxes in order to appear in close ups.
