One of the worst problems with AMEX is sure that it is home to so many stock jobs. Countless promotions moved from the OTC to Amex and then delisted to the pinks or vanished. I hardly remember legit companies having moved to the AMEX but many many deals involving heavy stock promotion. OSE, RCO, EAG, SUF, DHB, XLN, CXN, UAI, ONT, CGY, YW, DLK, COI, INX, EUO, ALT ... you name it.
