Clever of the CIA to oreder the US names removed. No doubt a national security issue. How are the indictments on those companies proceeding?

Do you know how to read? Did you even bother to read the referenced link (#11)??

Duelfer wanted to keep the names in the report, but the CIA lawyers stated that it would be a violation of the Privacy Act to disclose names of Americans in an intelligence product that would be publicly released.

Remember, the CIA is not PERMITTED to collect information on US citizens (unless they are involved in acts that threaten the national security of the US. And THEN, they are supposed to turn their information over to the FBI for further investigation.

They cannot report non-intelligence related criminal activities by Americans in an intelligence report.

Thus, its unsure whether these Americans can be implicated, indicted, and tried since the information against them came from US intelligence activities.

But I'm all for it, if it is possible.
