Havne't you even learned to go back and see what you said. You're dumber than a stump. There are twq subjects being discussed. What might be included under "all necessary means" and what was enforced under 1441/. You claimed that the coalition forcing a regime change, occupation, and forming a "democracy" were not prohibited by 1441. That's a "means" for enforcing. The intelligence services of 15 UNSC members COULD NOT VERIFY THAT SADDAM WAS IN COMPLIANCE WITH HIS CEASEFIRE AND DISARMAMENTS OBLIGATIONS!!! Dumb shit. We weren't discussing what Saddam was in violation of. We were discussing what provisions of 1441/660 were being enforced. Regime change was not a provision of 1441/660. The US decided it was a "means". Remember this part that you bolded. to use all necessary means to uphold and implement resolution 660 (1990) and all subsequent relevant resolutions and to restore international peace and security in the area; Has the US restored international peace and security in the area? The US has used "all necessary means" [which by the US defintion included war, regime change, democracy and whatever else the US felt like doing and they still have not accomplished the requirements of 1441/660]. The WMD are still unaccounted for and the US has certainly not restored peace and security to the area. THE US HAS FAILED TO ENFORCE THE PROVISIONS OF 1441/660/ BUSH AND HIS POLICIES HAVE FAILED. TAKE YOUR PIPE AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR BUTT UNTIL YOU TICKLE YOUR TONGUE.....with all due respect. jttmab
