It's very hard to tell how many were Hizbullah as they all become innocent civilians once they die. Doubtless many were civilians, it's part of Hizbullah's strategy to use civilians as human body armor. It's something new in the history of warfare, I think. Until recently both sides knew that it was YOUR job to care about the lives of YOUR women and children because the ENEMY certainly wouldn't care about them. But now the Arabs base their strategy on Israeli care for the lives of Arab women and children.
