Enron has been found guilty in court for fixing prices and gouging. That's all proven. And other Bushie energy companies as well. But they have only had to pay back about 5 cents on the dollar because the federal government (Bush-Cheney) refused to lift a finger to investigate became they are willing accomplices and loved the outcome (destroying Grey Davis). Only the state of California did anything. Also, Enron and friends had shredding machines going 24/7 destroying evidence.
