No, only Bush-Rove cheated. His father didn't cheat. Reagan bribed Iran to hold the hostages but otherwise he didn't cheat. Just dirty tricks. Nixon also pulled dirty tricks but didn't cheat. Only in Florida 2000 and Ohio 2004 is there evidence of widescale one-sided election fraud to fix the election by the party that runs the local secretary of state's office. Rove has a long history of dirty politics btw so this should not come as any big surprise. Also, not until 2004 was it possible to use a computer voting machine to fix an entire election with one mouse-click.
