Yesha Rabbinical Council is the recognized authority on Jewish religious questions in Gaza and the West Bank. 1 - Lebanon and northern Israel are not "Gaza and the West Bank". 2 - The Rabbinical councils do not set military or national security policy for Israel, nor do they control the press. They have authority of religious questions, and they apparently feel free to spout off about other things, but they don't command the IDF, or the office of Prime Minister, or the Israeli press, and they aren't the people making the official Israeli claims about the facts on the ground in Lebanon. 3 - Once again Message 22512743
