Leaves of the plant, doesn't do stems. I used to work at a couple of nature places, doing freebee stuff and they added a dye so you knew what you had sprayed. It was run by Audubon and ISU campus but I did tell the PHDs that limb lobbers worked better than butcher saws for cutting plants under 1". Did that for 3 years and then mentioned I liked Bush and got banished.
