The suit is unnecessary given the fact that the issues are being raised elsewhere.

I wonder if Nokia is filing in Delaware simply because the license calls for any disputes to be litigated there. My impression is that all Q licenses call for the Southern District of California as the forum. Seems that Q has already waived that by filing in the UK and at the ITC.
