Forever Changes is the one most critics like. I like it, too, but also think Da Capo is very underrated and probably the best album. It has been knocked because one entire side is the long, long song, Revelation. I like Revelation, but, even for those who don't, the other songs are good enough to make the album a must. Decades later, every time I hear someone say her name is Stephanie, I reply with "What's in your bag, dear Stephanie? What's in your bag for me?" Talk about a conversation killer. <G> "My Love, She Comes In Colors" is wonderful. "Seven and Seven Is" is one of the great songs ever. "Orange Skies" (Orange skies, carnivals and cotton candy and you") was an instant hit with me. So, that's the album I recommend. amazon.com
