Have you ever taken a journalism class? It's SOP to play up the story you're trying to sell, on BOTH sides. The Israelis have been trying to do it with the "rain" of Hezbollah rockets, the VAST majority of which explode harmlessly in the countryside, yet every one that actually manages to hit something is shown from ten angles repeatedly. The Hezbos are shooting a lot of rockets, despite the presence of the IDF in Lebanon, and the Israelis are responding by killing a lot of Lebanese from the air. Those are the facts on the ground, that you are trying so desperately to obscure.

For a four week battle of this magnitude the casualties are surprisingly low, not high. Every death of every innocent is a tragedy. In Darfur more folks are still dying every couple of days than have died in lebanon in this war. Wheres the outcry? Thats Kristof of the NYT asking that question.
