You need to look at market caps to make an apples to apples comparison. FWIW, GM's marketcap is $18B and QCOM's is $58B. I think some positive steps QCOM could take to maximize shareholder's value are: Hire a sharp CMO to deal with the Media and combat the never ending FUDD head on. Get a handle on increasing R&D and SG&A costs JMHO
