Wrong. 9-11 happened on Bush's watch and he was actually warned on 8-6-01, but did nothing. It's true the advanced planning began with Clointon in office, but Clinton had a 24/7 Al Qaida desk in the White House which Bush disbanded. Well with the FBI and the CIA looking into the threat, Perhaps George thought the US was well protected. In a civilized country the heads of both organizations would have committed ritual suicide right after the attack. Clinton had no evidence of 9/11, and neither on the basis of the briefing George Bush got, did George Bush. If Clinton had executed the terrorists who attacked the World Trade center the first time, there might not have been a second....... But Clinton was of course busy with other things
