I think it's worth asking questions. I saw one of the key architects of the WTC talk about what probably happened, and I doubt he was in on some conspiracy! Things we can be confident of: 1) the planes were hijacked. 2) the planes were flown into the buildings. 3) the Pentagon was hit with a plane, not a missile. 4) towers 1 & 2 collapsed because of the fire (yes, this is as close to certain as can be). Other issues are less clear.

One thing that is absolutely 100% true and verifiable is that ... the world trade center did not have a steel skeleton like the buildings it is being compared to. The trade center weight was carried by it's outer skin, not by a set of girders like that building in Spain. Seriously, this kind of phony information is part of the coverup. This is a very Karl Rove technique to put out some false but easily disproved information to overwhelm the actual stuff that should be investigated. It's very similar to the information dump that was used to discredit Dan Rather over Bush Jr.'s national guard service. The real conspiracy is that Cheney and some Neocons knew that a hijacking was imminent and did nothing about it. They did a bit more than nothing, they pooh-poohed the idea, and convinced Bush Jr that stem cells and bicycle riding were the most important things to do in August 2001, but they didn't need to blow up the Trade Center. Bin Laden was crazy enough to attack America, the neocons just had to keep it quiet so that Bin Laden could suceed. TP
