house of cards our financial system

I still think you are confused. It doesn't matter how many green pieces of paper cross a line on a map, or how many shiny metals fly through fedex packages, (I don't think GLD or fort knox has the first OUNCE of gold in thier vaults - but silly people here post numbers showing changing values - what trust they give to total strangers) what matters is the same as what has ALWAYS mattered and always will - the PEOPLE's apathy. If people are content to watch oprah and drink a sixpack while oil company execs and washington politicians bang the nice looking hookers like Monica - while generals fight new wars in the middle east with drone tranks and airplanes - what is really going to change? Not much - now if the people wake up from their complacency - decide oprah isn't fun anymore and they want some honesty in wall street and some leaders that stop hurting stuff like stem cell funding then maybe you will get some real change - but with voter turnout numbers so low the last pres election I don't see enough waking up from thier complacency - until that changes the banking system is irrelevant - as has been said before - our constitution was made for a just and moral people who self empower themselves to get educated and informed and want progress - when most just accept watching some girl eat worms on fear factor - I dont give a damn wether we use uranium, oil, gold, or green paper or credit cards to transact business - they crooks still up in the command room of the titanic - why do you think it really matters? You don't use credit cards or cash eh? You go buy a ronald hamburger with gold coins don't you? (snicker)
