THAT worked too!

I wanted to fill the blank row with the data below. In other words, there were too many rows between the data. I want to keep it consistent.

Now........... I really have a printing problem.

I have "Date" "Check #" and "Amount" listed in my columns and Contractors, the date of check, check number and amount in rows. When I print it all out I get Contractor and check number on one sheet of paper and the amount on a separate sheet. I am trying to figure out how to do the "landscape" mode but haven't found it yet. Do you know how to do that?

PS I tried what Peter suggested, but it that isn't working.

Looking at Excel "Help" right now.
