Why would you call it a "retraction"? I would call it an "update." It's giving additional, new information on the same subject, not an acknowledgement of error in the original report.

I thought when I read your post than in a way it could end up a retraction. Reuters doesn't want it's reporters killed. They tend to do what Hizbollah tells them to.
