Kerry has stated he made a mistake voting against the Gulf War. This confirms that Kerry still doesn't understand his mistakes. The first Bush war was a mistake. I didn't know it at the time. I rather supported that war, thinking it was a war against aggression. It was instead a war to gain an American presence in arabia. That presence has been the no help, but has caused a lot of grief. If the U.S. had never attacked Saddam then we would be buying oil from him at a much lower price than we currently pay. TP
